Cancellation Policy
Applies to all exam prep plans
Monthly subscriptions
StudyBuddy exam prep plans are billed automatically on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews on the same date each month until you cancel.
When you cancel
When you cancel your subscription, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days remaining in an active billing period.
How to cancel
Log in to your account and go to Account Settings, or email support@studybuddy.live. We process all cancellation requests within 24 hours.
Satisfaction guarantee
Pro plan subscribers who complete 80% or more of course content, answer 1,000 or more practice questions, and maintain 30 active study days are eligible for a full refund or 60 additional free days if not satisfied. This is an effort-based guarantee, not an outcome guarantee.
Which plans this applies to
This policy applies to all exam prep plans: TEAS 7, HESI A2, HSRT, and NCLEX-RN.
Credit courses (BIOL 2031, BIOL 2032, BIOL 256) are governed by separate enrollment terms set by the offering institution.
