• We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for violations of Policies, Terms, or applicable laws.

• Some Services require payment before you can access them. This may include subscription fees, one-time purchases, etc.

• Third parties (stripe.com) provide payment processing services, not StudyBuddy.live. Refer to their terms and policies for details on payment methods, charges, billing, taxes, etc.

• Paid Services auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel renewals by adjusting your account settings.

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or unwatched content.

  Once purchased, a course cannot be refunded.

• We may offer free or discounted trials for certain Paid Services. Eligibility restrictions may apply.

• Trials allow temporary access to the applicable Service. Access will expire at the end of the trial unless you purchase a subscription.

• Limit one trial per user and per paid Service. Trial participation may be limited to a certain time period.

• We may modify these Terms and Policies when reasonably necessary. If changes are material, we may notify you via the Services or a notice on our website. Your continued use of Services indicates acceptance of the changes.

• StudyBuddy.live reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the Services with notice when feasible. We are not liable to you for damages related to any discontinued or modified Services.

1. StudyBuddy.live disclaims any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

3. Our total liability arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to StudyBuddy.live in the 12 months prior to the first incident giving rise to the liability, or (b) $100.

Termination

1. You may stop using the Services at any time with notice to StudyBuddy.live.

2. StudyBuddy.live may terminate or restrict your access to the Services or your membership at any time for violations of these Terms, Policies, or applicable laws.

3. Upon termination, your license rights will end and your access to Paid Services will be disabled.
